Marcio is an award-winning creative director with an US Green Card, passionated for inspiring teams to do world-class work that drives clients growth. He’s an innovative, experienced, hard worker, curious, easy-going and hands-on creative. 
He loves to learn and experience new things, that’s why you can find it in his work, in everything from print ads to technological gadgets.
Currently he is group creative director at SunsetDDB. At DDB his focus is to combine all creative disciplines - concept, strategy, technology, content, data, entertainment, PR - to deliver world-class integrated work.
Prior to joining DDB, he worked for Leo Burnett Tailor Made, Africa, BBH, NBS, Publicis and Salles D'Arcy, and for many major brands including AB Inbev, Samsung, Fiat, P&G, Jeep, Bradesco Bank, Movistar, Renault, General Motors, Coca Cola, Visa, and led campaigns such as “Dirnk Repsnosilby”, “Galaxy Surfboard”, “The Safety Wi-Fi”, “Launching People”, “Suicidal Letters”, “Make History”, “Favela Campaign”.
Marcio has been collecting a number of global awards, including 7 Cannes Lions (2 golds), One Show, D&AD, Clio, LIA, ADC, El Ojo, El Sol, Kinsale Sharks, FIAP, AD Stars, New York Festivals, and numerous other awards in Brazilian festivals.

He’s also been on the juries of important international and national festivals, including Clio, LIA, Smarties, Ad Stars, FIAP, CCSP, Profissionais do Ano, ABP and Wave Festival.
